3. How should I care for my jewellery? To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend gently cleaning it with a soft cloth after each wear to remove any oils or residues. Additionally, avoid exposing your jewellery to water or harsh chemicals, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
4. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Yes, our sterling silver jewellery is hypoallergenic and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin as they are completely Nickel Free. However, if you have known allergies or sensitivities, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist before wearing our products.

6. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping? No, we don't offer gift wrapping facility as of now. However our products itself comes packed in beautiful jewellery boxes which are ready for gifting as it is.

11. Can I resize or adjust my jewelry if it doesn't fit properly? While we strive to provide accurate sizing information for our jewelry, we understand that sometimes adjustments may be necessary. Also, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.
12. Do you offer repair services for damaged jewelry? Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer lifetime repair services for damaged jewelry. However, customers must bear the shipping charges.
Newly ordered products undergo three levels of quality checks, significantly lowering the chances of any damage. If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with details about the damage, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the repair process. The product should be in unused condition when we receive it for repair services.
13. Do you have a physical store location where I can view your products in person? At the moment, we operate exclusively online and do not have a physical store location. However, we strive to provide detailed product descriptions and high-quality images to give you a clear understanding of our offerings.
