SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping Information:

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hrs of placing the order. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. The available shipping methods and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates: The standard prepaid shipping cost is INR 100/-.

Standard COD Shipping cost is Rs. 150/-

Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 2499/-.

4. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

5. Delivery Time: Standard delivery orders placed from Monday to Thursday by 11:59PM IST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following working day.

The standard delivery time is 2-7 business days after processing and shipping.

Metro Cities: 2-5 business days.

Outer Metro Cities: 6-7 business days.

Northeast and Jammu Kashmir: 7-10 business days.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package.

Returns and Exchanges:

1. Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 48 hours of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at houseofivaana@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited back to the source from which the payment was made. 

4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subjected to product availability. Please note that exchange request shall be accepted within 48 hours after you receive your product. 

5. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: Our products undergo three levels of quality checks before sending out, significantly lowering the chances of any damage. However, if you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with details about the damage, including a video recording of the unboxing process to serve as proof. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with the repair or return process. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
