Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ivaana Silver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Refunds: We offer refunds to the original payment source for eligible returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your item. To be eligible for return your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact. Upon approval of your return, the refund process will be initiated and the amount will be credited to your account with 7-12 working days after the initiation. 

Store Credit: Alternately, you may choose store credit for the full purchase price of the item(s) returned. Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order for a full refund of the purchase price within 2 hours of placing your order, provided that the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, and our refund policy applies.

How to Request a Return: To request a return and refund of your payment, please contact our customer service team at houseofivaana@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 48 hours after receipt of the product. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to return your item(s).

Exclusions: Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or store credit, including personalized or customized items, gift cards, and sale or clearance items. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or are returned after the specified return period.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
